Branch Offices Of Association


Members can apply to general council and administration council for organizing branchoffices inside or outside of country

 

a) There must be at least 20 members of a branch office in cities.



b) Members must inform administration council about financial, social and temsil opportunities of the branch office they are going to organize. Founders of branch office can not be less than 3 people. Founders must inform most authoritative person in the region where branch office will be opened, about founders name-surname, parents name, place-date of birth, job, address and add 2 copies of regulation and authorization certificate.



c) Parts of Branch Office:



1) General Council: General council is duty of first, second, third, fourth and fifth duties of ninth point of central general council. Branch offices must do general council meeting before central general council meeting every 2 years period and want representative from central general council in these meetings.

 



2) Administration Council: Administration council can not have less than 7 and more than 16 principal members, less than 5 and more than 9 reserve members. Administration council choose a president, a vice president, secretary general, muhasip üye and a veznedar in a week following the general council meeting. Authorities and responsibilities of members of the administration council are same with the general council administration. But authorization is valid only in branch office's region. Branch offices organize the selection of delegates that will join central general council 20 days before central general council meeting.Every 3 months period branch office administration council send a report including incomes and outcomes with a list of members to head office. Branch office's administration council is natural delegate of head office general council. Branch office administration council is authorized with membership acception but have to inform head office about all members.
 


3) Supervisor Council: Supervisor council has 3 principal, 3 reserve members and has the same responsibilities and authorities like central supervisor council. Every 2 months period supervisor council controls branch office and sends a copy of report to head office.



4) Incomes of Branch Office:


a) Members subscription, seminar incomes

b) Entertainment, concert, advertisement incomes and donations

c) Competitions and other organisations

d) 40 percent of payment that's get by head office from working members as contract income.
